This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit our website, request a quotation, contact us, subscribe to communications or otherwise interact with Norrdex AB.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Project and quotation information, including the type of product or service you are interested in, project location, estimated quantity or project size, project description and desired timing.
Correspondence, including emails, form submissions and other communications between you and Norrdex AB.

Technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, website activity and security logs. SureForms quotation entries are configured not to store IP address, browser or device information, although this information may still appear temporarily in hosting or security logs.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
How and why we use personal data

Quotations and contact forms
When you submit a quotation request or contact form, we use the information to understand your requirements, evaluate whether we can assist and communicate with you about the proposed project.
Fields marked as required are necessary for us to assess and respond to the request. Optional information, such as a telephone number, may help us contact you more efficiently but is not required.
Form submissions are stored in our WordPress environment and sent to our business email system. They are not used for unrelated marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
Newsletter and direct marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send relevant news, product information and business updates.

How long we retain personal data
Quotation requests and related correspondence that do not lead to a contract are normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
SureForms quotation entries are configured for automatic deletion after 730 days.
Customer, supplier, contract and project information is retained for as long as necessary to manage the relationship, fulfil agreements, handle claims and comply with legal requirements.
Accounting records and supporting documentation are generally retained for seven years in accordance with Swedish accounting requirements.
Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or the newsletter service is discontinued. Limited suppression information may be kept afterwards.
Technical and security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and security.
Personal data may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Norrdex AB does not use the personal data collected through the quotation form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
